This style of outreach is more effective than robocalls or phone banking because when we reach out to those folks in our communities to bring others to events, they’re more likely to say yes because it’s with people they know.

It doesn’t have to be anything outrageous; a simple meetup for coffee or a cocktail hour works just as effectively as hosting a backyard BBQ. Sign up to host, and we can help you get the word out, and potentially help with folks to help!

Meet & Greets can take place in your home, or at other locations such as a restaurant or cafe. The key to a successful location for a meet & greet is simply that there is adequate seating, and preferably climate control. Depending on the size of the crowd that you’re planning for, even outdoor venues like parks can provide wonderful environments for folks to gather.
